With diverse experience in the hospitality industry and HR management across Sweden, Norway, Spain, Turkey, the UK, and the US, I am a cross-cultural chameleon who knows what it means to set and achieve goals. Yet, after accomplishment upon accomplishment, including earning my MBA in 10 months, I felt a deeper calling to do something truly meaningful. That’s why, after having my second child, I chose to follow my heart and leave the corporate world behind. First and foremost, I am a mother, and that’s why I’m especially passionate about supporting fellow parents who are seeking a more holistic balance in their lives.

I have worked with a wide demographic, primarily focused on career and work-life balance, and I accept clients at all stages of life - especially those navigating transitions like burnout, promotions or parenthood. I believe there’s a strong need for more of us to tap into our inner potential and find a path that aligns with our deepest values and aspirations, rather than doing what you think you are "supposed to do". My focus lays on helping you find your own answers within yourself, and I will never impose my own truth or reality. While my personal experiences does not affect my ability to coach you, I do believe in the power of genuine connection and the value of being able to relate. Ultimately, I believe that people cross paths for a reason, so that if ours are meant to, they eventually will.
